'My First Interview in PAYODA'

                       

                 Guys, I would like to share some of the best moments of my life... Frankly am saying to u all, Payoda is the source which tends me to create my own blog to say about my interview experience !!!  If u prefer this best place (payoda) as your future, Am sure you are gonna enjoy this interview process...

                                                 

               Am Hari Prasanth, am doing my final year ECE from Kalaignar Karunanudhi Institute of Technology. Our college is very peculiar, Its the best place to realize that "the things which looks simpler becomes very complex, whereas the complex things are very simple to deal with". Being in such an environment, that too in the final year, the pressure has started raising towards the placement, ya...Its still there in my mind, all of our classmates are eagerly waiting to enter into the placement drive till the end of the 7th semester. Payoda being the first company that shows the way for us (In OFF CAMPUS placement drive).

                 The drive has been started with a  pre - placement test which was conducted in our college. The test composed of aptitude, technical aps and gd, The students who has more than 80% of  marks without any current arrears can participate in this drive (criteria given by payoda).They said that the selected candidates will be  announced after attending all the rounds.  Among 180 participants in our college only 40 were selected to enter into the next rounds (am one of them). The placement cell gave an surprising announcement that the next round will be conducted in TIDEL PARK (coimbatore) [where the payoda is located].

                    It was 18th of October, 2011,  As already the aps, tech aps and gd is conducted in our college, all the 40 bugs from our college has the thought that the next round will be only HR but the complex word 'but' has played a sudoku in our life. The game has started again, the payodians again conducted the written test for us, which consists of logical reasoning, aptitude, technical aps, verbal reasoning and non verbal reasoning each consists of 10 marks totally 50 marks. We were asked to sit in an awesome good looking room to attend the first round, After attending the test, they said that the result will be announced after a week, that day has ended with just the amazing views and dreams of working in payoda.

                    

                            On 24th, It was Friday, just 5 days after the written test, we got the call from the placement cell that 19 students has been shortlisted from our college (am one of them) to attend the next round in the same place 'Tidel park'. The Frustration has started with the next round 'GD', "Its like kill others else you will die" because we saw the students from other college just entering into the awesome, good looking GD hall and returning back in 5 minutes, we are quite puzzled in seeing the 5 minutes GD, but still to survive in such a good company, we need to sacrifice our mercy. "we need to Work, Grow, Play and last but not least lead", I saw this quote in the entrance of the GD hall, its fully AC, I saw few of the girls were quite shivering but I know its not the time to think about them. two HR are seated in the middle to conduct the GD, The GD timing is quite interesting because the preparation time is 5 minutes but discussion time is 3 minutes, that shows the brilliance and peculiarity of payodians in conducting the interviews. The GD topic is quite easy 'Importance of money'. I started the discussion, my introduction has gone for one and half minutes, I realized that now its time for me to give the chance to others, am quite confident that I will be moving to the next round.

                            God's grace am one of the three selected from our college to the next round of technical HR 1, Its the best technical round, my first technical HR has gone for 45 minutes, two students has got selected to the next round (am one of the them), we two are very happy that both got selected in the payoda interview, we thought that its the last round. In the mean while the thrilling day has gave us a shock to both of us, the payodians called both of us for the next round ' Technical HR 2'. Its quite surprising for both of us, since this round has just gone for half an hour.

                            Hey hey hey u know what... the best moment of my life has happened here,at the end of the second technical interview, the interviewer has said the most unforgettable sentence in my life, U know what he said to me, He said that "I think you will be coming for the Final HR round". then I said thank you to him and I left the room. I have shared everything with my friends sitting outside except the last sentence, becoz I felt that if I said about that last sentence to my friends, am sure its gonna disturb the equilibrium that has been there with my competitor. 

                              I know the result already, Only I got selected to the final HR round, Am very glad to say that am the only men to enter into the HR round with 7 girls from avinashi lingam, ppg and angel college...

                              An handsome guy from payoda said an information to the selected students (8 students am one of them), that no more technical questions in final HR round, all the selected students are very happy on hearing this news except me, since they are all a team and I don't have any 1 over there to share my happiness that too with my friend being not selected, I don't want to show my aggressive happiness over there, They said that the final interview will be conducted after 2 days. Then 3 students and an placement coordinator  from our college with few students and staff from other college are waiting in the ground floor, I could hear the thundering noise, Hope so u all would have made a guess, why we are all standing,,, yes "Its raining heavily"...

                               0n 28th, It was Tuesday, I was called for my final HR round to come at 10'o clock in morning but to show my punctuality, I went to the tidel park at 8'o clock in the morning, u knw what would have happened, yes I was waiting for the payodians to enter into the company and give an permission letter to allow me inside, I know the next sentence will be quite surprising to u all, since the next best moment of my life was given by the security working over there, 

                                  He said that "Hey man dont think that I was making you to wait in the gate, am sure after 6 months (he actually means that after completion of my studies) u will jump above the gate and move into the payoda (he means that after getting the job)" I was quite laughing by his words, he asked me to sit in his place. I was wondering how could the security in tidelpark speaking a beautiful English, but y cant the __________ (hey sorry guys, am not pointing any 1).

                                   Then after half an hour, at 9.30 I got a call from the payoda to allow me inside the tidel park, This is the first time am entering into my company alone(quite confident in saying as 'my company').  The security has said an important information to me "DON'T use the camera inside ur office (Frankly am saying I was very happy to listen to the securities words of saying to me as 'Ur company' ".

                                  I was sitting in the reception to attend my final HR round, but no one is seeing to me, every1 is focusing on their work, I have no choice I was just talking with the receptionist, exactly at 12.34.54 (Hr/Min/sec), I was called to attend my final HR, "The payodians have a great culture, one of the HR has apologized for her delay by saying that they are in the office meeting, Its not needed for them to explain to me, but they consider my time has a valuable one, that's the nature of payodian culture" Its really great  that am gonna one of it. The HR round has conducted for 1 and half hour with 1 technical question of "What is cloud computing?" but all the other questions in final HR are HYPOTHETICAL like  

          "How will you measure the weight of taj mahal?"

          "If you and your GF has caughted in desert what will you do and How u will survive?"

           "What's the pen concept in oops?" (there is no such concept in oops)

           and etc., Sorry I couldnt remember all the questions,,, then just the general HR questions like 

             "How did u came to know about our company?"
              "How long will you be here?"

                        Then after the interview gets over, they said that the result will be announced after a week!!!

                    God's grace Among 8 colleges participated, only 3 students has got selected, Am proudly saying that "Me too got selected in it"...

                    

               The word PAYODA indicates 'THE RAIN BEARING CLOUDS', with the help of god's blessing I too got the water from payoda and NOW AM A PAYODIAN... Feeling proud of it!!! Thanks to God and my company PAYODA!!!
